Returns at GoodGoth are wicked Easy. No RMA Required! You do not need to ask us permission to return something. Just log into your account and select the item you wish to return. (see instructions at the bottom of this page)

Your 100% satisfaction is always our goal at! If you would like to return an item, please read these instructions and fill out our Easy Returns form below. We happily accept returns postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of your merchandise. 

Please return all items in the same condition they were received complete with tags.  Items must not to be worn, altered, washed or have acquired smells such as tobacco, perfume etc.  **We will NOT accept any returns covered in animal hair.**

Please note; Returns that are not in resalable condition will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damaged items are only returnable for exchange of same item. No cash refunds on damaged goods.

Refunds will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. This is determined by your bank. We cannot control this. Store Credits will be emailed to the email address you used when you placed your order.

 We will only process one return or exchange per order. Example; you buy a pair of size 7 shoes and return them for an 8. You can not then return the exchanged 8's for a 10 or for a refund etc. 

Restocking fee

If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be issued. There will be no restocking fee if you return an item for store credit . Why do we charge a restocking fee?

Return Policy on Footwear

Footwear is returnable UNWORN (other than trying on) within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS ON FOOTWEAR. STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not accept returns showing signs of wear, wear to soles or covered in animal hair. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Do not mark or tape shoe boxes. Please place the shoes and their packaging in a shipping box or just wrap the shoe box with brown paper (like a shopping bag) before addressing and shipping it. Damaged shoe boxes will result in a $5.00 box fee.

Refused or Return to Sender Parcels 

Packages refused or returned to sender will be issued a refund less restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges and the return charges assessed by the carrier. 
Non Returnable items

For health reasons, we do not accept returns of hosiery, cosmetics, hair dye, intimate wear, earrings, even if unopened. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.  Mystery Bags are not returnable.

Return of items purchased with a % off or $ off discount or free with purchase
Items purchased with a dollar off promo i.e $20 off a $100 purchase , etc will have the discount prorated for each item. Any returned items will be credited at the actual prorated price paid. Free with purchase items must be returned with the original purchase if the return is for a refund. If the return is for an exchange or store credit, the free item is yours to keep .

While we try to make returns as easy and painless as possible, Goodgoth retains the right to REFUSE TO PROCESS a return showing abuse, animal hair, or made after our 7 day return policy. We will Not Accept, Nor Will We Process returns that are in unsalable condition. We don't send you used dirty clothing covered in cat hair. Don't send us used, dirty clothing covered in cat hair, either. Thanks :) Goodgoth reserves the right to refuse excessive returns from a customer.

You well recieve an email with return instructions.


Checked out as a Guest and don't have an account? But you do! An acount is created for you after you check out. You just need to set your password in the welcom email you recieved at purchase.
