Returns at GoodGoth are wicked Easy. No RMA Required! You do not need to ask us permission to return something! 

Your 100% satisfaction is always our goal at GoodGoth.com! If you would like to return an item, please fill out our Easy Returns form below. We happily accept returns for store credit postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of your merchandise. 

  • Returns are for store credit only. No cash refunds.
  • Items can be returned up to 30 days after you receive your order
  • Items must be in new condition with tags attached

Exchanges

Due to the constantly changing nature of our inventory, exchanges are handled with store credit. When we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit and a new order can then be placed. This helps avoid delays or disappointments if an item sells out.

Please note; Returns that are not in resalable condition will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damaged items are only returnable for exchange of same item.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you refuse the package. Store credit will be issued and we reserve the right to deduct any return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.


Non Returnable items

For health reasons, we do not accept returns of hosiery, cosmetics, hair dye, intimate wear, or earrings, even if unopened. There are no returns on these items.  Mystery Bags are not returnable.

Return of items purchased with a % off or $ off discount or free with purchase
Items purchased with a dollar off promo i.e $20 off a $100 purchase , etc will have the discount prorated for each item. Any returned items will be credited at the actual prorated price paid.

While we try to make returns as easy and painless as possible, Goodgoth retains the right to REFUSE TO PROCESS a return showing abuse, animal hair, or made after our 30 day return policy. We will Not Accept, Nor Will We Process returns that are in unsalable condition. we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with a pattern of excessive returns.
