I'm always on the lookout for dark reds that are brown-based rather than purplish, and I love this one. Varies from a nice burgundy to a dark, dark blackish-red depending on how many coats you put on. And once it's dry, it's not going anywhere--you'll have to scrub it off your lips the next morning. Just don't forget lipliner or it can be tricky to keep the edges looking neat.
